Chonburi, Thailand, June 24, 2024 – Today, Amata Facility Services Co., Ltd., in collaboration with the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand(IEAT), held their annual flood prevention plan meeting for 2024. The event took place at the Ratchaphruek Meeting Room, Amata Service Center, with the participation of various business partners. The meeting focused on providing a comprehensive understanding of flood and drought prevention measures, aimed at ensuring the sustainability and safety of the industrial estate.
During the meeting, participants were briefed on the latest strategies, guidelines, and technologies for effective flood and drought management. The objective was to equip all stakeholders with the necessary knowledge to implement robust preventive measures, thereby safeguarding the industrial estate and its operations from potential water-related disasters.
In a significant move towards enhancing industrial management and collaboration, the afternoon session witnessed the signing of a business partnership agreement between Amata Facility Services Co., Ltd. and the Technology Promotion Association (Thailand-Japan). The ceremony was honored by Dr. Viwat Kromadit , Cheif Technical officer. Ms. Songchom Tangnawapan Director of Amata Facility Services Co., Ltd. , Khun Tossapol Meejaiboon ,Business Stategy Manager and Prof. Dr. Prayoon Shiowatana, Director of Technology Promotion Association (Thailand-Japan) along with Khun Supoj Chinveeraphan , Executive Director and Director General of Technology Promotion Association (Thailand-Japan) and Dr. Jakkrit Siririn Educational and Business Consultancy Director.
This partnership aims to foster the development of Thailand's industrial sector in alignment with the Thailand 4.0 initiative. The collaboration will focus on sharing industrial management knowledge and enhancing the skills of personnel at Amata Facility Services Co., Ltd. and various factories within Amata City Chonburi and Amata City Rayong Industrial Estates. By doing so, the partnership seeks to address the evolving needs of the Thai business and industrial sectors, ensuring they remain competitive in the rapidly advancing technological landscape.
The event concluded with a commitment from all parties to continue working together towards sustainable industrial development and effective flood and drought prevention, ensuring the safety and prosperity of the industrial estates and their stakeholders.
